CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card payments cannot be cancelled. All transactions are considered final.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for credit card transactions. As per the rental agreement, there are no prorated rent refunds in the event the unit is vacated early. The lessee must give the lessor ten (10) days written notice of his/her intention to vacate his/her storage unit or RV space. In the event that the credit card transaction is a second payment during the same month (i.e. lessee paid two (2) times in said month for the monthly rent), then the second payment will be automatically applied towards the next month’s rent. Any over-payment of the monthly rent due will be credited to the lessee’s account to be applied to the next month’s rent – no refunds will be given.

This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the privacy policy pertaining to this Site, www.aqualityselfstorage.com which is owned by A Quality Self Storage, Inc. ("A Quality Self Storage, Inc.").
